Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to ensure that a responsible person is available to receive the parcel. We will not be held responsible if a parcel is lost in transit or fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. In such cases, the courier will leave instructions on how and where to collect your package.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Damage in Transit

We take care to pack every order securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@panmilli.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you within one business day and issue a full refund.
